CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

Nutrition coaching will help you set your goals, understand your constraints, and keep you accountable for sticking to YOUR plan.


TeenFit classes are designed to build strength, improve mobility, and promote mental toughness, especially in teens who are active in other sports. We learn and practice skills from jump rope to box jumps to Olympic weightlifting. Safety is our first priority, followed by moving efficiently, and then (and only then…) adding weight.


Getting kids off the couch when they are young can help them stay off the couch as they get older. Start your kids off right in life! We teach body awareness, physical skills, and mental toughness. We throw, run, jump, climb, and lift. Safety is our first priority but FUN is a close second!


We have been told that age is just a number. No one minds getting older, but no one wants to feel old. The best way to avoid feeling old is through a combination of eating right and exercising. Proper exercise should be a combination of movement and strength training. Weightlifting is a great sport but it’s tough. To be successful at it, you need to be consistent, possess mental and physical fortitude, and be comfortable with being physically uncomfortable. Every class focuses on the Snatch, Clean & Jerk and squatting. Technical efficiency and lifting correctly come before adding weight to the barbell.


Hatha yoga is a system that balances yoga postures with breathing exercises. Whether you are looking to wind down after a long, hard day or you want to start your weekend off right, yoga can meet your needs.


One-on-one personal training can be the best next step for anyone needing motivation to get off the couch. It can also be a great way to gain a new skill, like pull-ups & rope climbs, or get better in weightlifting, like snatches & cleans. Each 1-hr session is tailored specifically for you!
