  • If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do!) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change. If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request.
  • If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below no later than thirty (30) days before your cancellation date. Please remember partial months are not permitted. If a member cancels on or after the 2nd of any month, then payment remains due the following month on the 1st. There are no refunds for membership fees.
  • New members have three (3) days after signing this Agreement to cancel their membership without penalty. If the Agreement is cancelled within three (3) days, all amounts paid less $25 will be refunded.
